Luna has her Father back

Almost on the day exactely five years after Luna was abducted she has met her father again in Andorra. He is currently with Luna to ensure together with the andorrean authorities, that Luna finally can return home safely.

Kidnapped by the mother - for the 2nd time

Little Luna (6) has been abducted for the second time by her mother.
With the help of the media she has been located in Guatemala after being missing for almost two years.
Last week a local Guatemalan judge, who turned out to be an assistant without any decision-making power, decided the child should be with the mother for the next three days until the next hearing.

Meanwhile the mother kidnapped the child again.

Years ago, parental custody and rights were taken away from the mother and given exclusively to the father. The High Courts in London and Rome came to their decisions based on the mother’s inability to provide the child with a stable living environment and obvious disregard for the wellbeing of her daughter. In addition, the mother did not cooperate with the High Court of Justice nor follow their licensing requirements and orders.

We are very concerned about Luna’s wellbeing. The public authorities in Guatemala and the German Embassy report that they are doing everything they can to find the girl as fast as possible.
